Fill out the official enrollment form available at the Registrar's Office. Attach all required documents for initial evaluation.

Entrance Assessment
Take the College Entrance Examination (CEE) administered by the Guidance Office. Results are typically released within a few days.

New Students
Requirements
- Original & photocopy of SHS Diploma or equivalent
- Official Transcript of Records or Form 138
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA-issued Birth Certificate (original + photocopy)
- 2×2 and 1×1 ID photos (white background, recent)
- Barangay Certificate of Residency
- Medical Certificate (licensed physician)
Transferees
Additional Documents
- Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials
- Certified True Copy of Grades (all semesters)
